Listing & Review Policy

Who can list

Any genuine business or professional operating in India in one of our categories may submit a free listing. You must be the owner, or authorised by the owner, and you must hold all registrations and licences your work requires by law.

What we don't list

• Businesses that give false information or that we cannot contact or verify.
• Illegal products or services, gambling or betting, adult services, weapons, unlicensed lending, multi-level marketing and get-rich-quick schemes.
• Real estate agents without the RERA registration their state requires, and people offering CA services who are not ICAI members.
• Duplicate listings for the same business in the same category.

Listing rules

• Use your real business name, without extra keywords or city names.
• All details must be accurate and current. No false or unprovable claims such as "No. 1", "government approved" or "guaranteed results".
• Photos must be of your own work, office or products, and you must have the right to use them.
• No links to, or contact details of, other businesses.
• You are solely responsible for your listing's content and for your services to customers.

Review before publishing

Every new listing, and every change made later by a business owner, is reviewed by our team before it goes live. A business login is given only after the owner is verified.

Confirming your business

To keep the directory genuine, we ask every business to confirm it is real, by sharing its Google Business Profile link or by sending documents on WhatsApp or email. We may refuse or remove a listing we cannot confirm.

Paid visibility

Paid plans may place a listing higher or on the home page. Listings on a paid plan show a "Premium" label, and paid ads show "Sponsored". Payment never affects reviews.

Business websites

Premium businesses may also get a small website on our platform. Its text, prices, offers and photos come from the business and are checked by our team for obvious problems before going live. They are not verified or guaranteed by us. Claims such as "guaranteed results", "100% selection" or "government approved" are not allowed without proof.

Regulated professions

Where the law requires a registration or licence (for example RERA for property agents, FSSAI for food businesses, a pest control licence, or an RTO licence for driving schools), we ask for it before approving the listing. Chartered accountants and architects are listed plainly, without paid placement, reviews or a website, as their professional rules require. We do not list doctors and clinics, lawyers, loan, insurance or investment services, astrology, spa or massage centres, visa or overseas job agents, gambling, or adult services.

Reviews

• Reviews must describe your own real experience with the business.
• Every review is checked before it appears. Your mobile number is used only to prevent fake reviews and is never shown.
• We reject reviews that are fake, written by the business, its staff or competitors, paid for or incentivised, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, off-topic, or that include personal details of anyone.
• We publish or reject reviews. We don't rewrite them.
• Reviews are the opinions of their writers, not ours.
• Businesses cannot pay to remove a review. They can post one public reply, which is also checked.
• If you believe a review is fake or unlawful, report it to our Grievance Officer with details.

Removal

We may suspend or remove listings, reviews or replies that break this policy or the law, or that are the subject of a valid complaint, court order or government direction. Owners can ask for their own listing to be removed at any time.
